REUNION SCHEDULE

Wednesday, August 10:

Workday for volunteers to get registration and our hospitality space up and running!

 

Thursday, August 11:

9am – Noon Registration & hospitality space work detail

1pm – 5 pm Registration & hospitality space OPEN

7pm – Midnite Welcome dinner & entertainment courtesy of Rennie Kaufmann

After dinner Hospitality space reopens

 

Friday, August 12:

9am – Noon Registration & hospitality space OPEN.

11am – 5pm BBQ luncheon party at Julie Secord Williams’ home. Rennie Kaufmann providing more entertainment

7pm -Midnite Hospitality space PARTY!

 

Saturday, August 13:

9am – Noon Registration

9am – 5pm Hospitality space OPEN

6pm– Midnite Reception/dinner/program and entertainment courtesy of Rennie Kaufmann

 

REUNION FEES & HOW TO REGISTER

Note: Payment by credit/debit card can ONLY be done online.  Go HERE to REGISTER ONLINE.

Payment by check must be accompanied by the printed registration form and mailed to: TASA, P.O. Box 1792, Euless, TX 76039 no later than August 1, 2022 or paid in person at the time of the reunion.

Comprehensive Fee Includes:

  1. Thursday and Saturday night dinner parties & entertainment.
  2. Friday BBQ & entertainment and transportation to/from Julie Secord Williams’ home. (Note: no Friday night dinner.)
  3. Hospitality space costs;
  4. Overhead and Office expenses;
  • Before February 15 = $205/person
  • Before June 15 = $225/person
  • After June 15 = $245/person

ALA CARTE Registration Fees:

Thursday Dinner ONLY

  • Before February 15 = $85/person
  • Before June 15 = $105/person
  • After June 15 = $125/person

Friday BBQ (luncheon) ONLY

  • Before February 15 = $25/person
  • Before June 15 = $45/person
  • After June 15 = $65/person

Saturday Dinner ONLY

  • Before February 15 = $85/person
  • Before June 15 = $105/person
  • After June 15 = $125/person

For those flying in to Dulles – the hotel provides courtesy shuttle service to/from the airport.The courtesy shuttle does not apply if you’re flying into Reagan or BWI.

Standard Room rate is $129/per night. Club Level is $20 more per night.  This rate INCLUDES a breakfast for two in the hotel restaurant, Houlihan’s!

Reunion Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel before May 1 = 100% refunded.
  • Cancel before June 1 =  50% refunded.
  • Cancel before July 1 = 25% refunded.
  • After July 1 = No refund.
