REUNION SCHEDULE

Thursday
9am – Noon Volunteers working on set-up
1pm – 5 pm Registration and hospitality suite open
5 pm – 7 pm Happy Hour Meetup at the hotel bar
7pm – Midnight
 Free Night (you’re on your own) and hospitality suite open

Friday
9am – Noon Registration & hospitality suite open
7pm-9pm – Smoke Skybar Restaurant  – SmokeSkybar.com

Preset menu with two meat selections or a vegetarian alternative with sides, dessert and iced tea, one ticket for an alcoholic beverage.

9pm – Midnight Hospitality suite reopens. Karaoke with the Kaufmann’s.

Saturday
9am – Noon Registration
9am – 4pm Hospitality suite open
6pm– 11pm
Persian-themed Dinner in the Hotel with DJ and Dancing with the Kaufmann’s
9pm – 12am Hospitality suite reopens

Sunday
8am-10am Farewell Breakfast
8am-12pm Hospitality suite open

REGISTRATION FEES & HOW TO REGISTER – REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Since our last reunion, food costs have gone up considerably, so have registration fees. With the current registration fee, we are looking at breaking even. We do not make money from our events.

Note: Payment by credit/debit card can ONLY be done online through our payment links.

Payment by check must be accompanied by the printed registration form and mailed to the address on the printed registration form.

Step 1:  Go here to give us your name, guest(s), and other details.  Then you’ll automatically be taken to Step 2.

Step 2:  Go here to select your reunion options and pay online or print the registration form and mail it with a check or money order.

Online registrants will receive receipts and verification via email.

Comprehensive Package Includes:

  • Friday night and Saturday night dinner parties & entertainment
  • Sunday Farewell breakfast
  • Hospitality space costs, overhead, and office expenses

Up to May 31 = $250/person
June 1 – June 30 = $275/person
After July 1 = $300/person

Before July 1 = $150/person

Saturday Dinner ONLY:
Before May 31 = $125/person

For those flying in – the airport is 8 miles. The cost of a taxi/uber is $29 one way.
